• Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS and UPS.
• Check your email for a shipment confirmation email.
• All shipments include a notice to authorities citing the legal framework under which we operate.

TKO Reserve ships packages usually via United States Parcel Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  You agree that TKO Reserve are FOB Eagle Point, Oregon USA.  All shipments include a notice to authorities citing the legal framework under which we operate. Authorities are directed to contact TKO Reserve with any questions.  TKO Reserve is not responsible for orders that are stolen from the delivery address, lost in transit or seized.

TKO Reserve sells only Industrial Hemp products and services.  The 2018 Farm Bill defines industrial hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 3 percent on a dry weight basis.

TKO Reserve relies on our customers to confirm that their State and County laws allow for the sale and purchase of Industrial Hemp products as defined above.  By creating an account and purchasing any TKO Reserve product, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold TKO Reserve and its owners and employees harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to, violation of any applicable law, regulation or order.

Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to ship depending on order size and availability.
Orders do not go out on weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday after 11am PST will be processed the following Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 24-48 hours. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

| Important Notice for Delta-8 Legalities |

• TKO does not ship Delta-8 THC products to the following states: Oregon,  Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont due to local laws in those regions.
• The consumption of Delta-8 THC is limited to ADULTS ONLY. Please consume responsibly and keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not consume Delta-8 THC before operating any vehicle or heavy machinery.
• We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances out of our control. Average shipping time for First Class is 4-7 business days and Priority is 2-5 business days. Processing can take up to 48 hours, however, our team is very proactive at sending orders out sooner Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 11AM Friday are shipped out the following Monday.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) and an estimated delivery date. The tracking number will become active once the package hits the mailstream.

| CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES |
TKO Reserve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. However, if a mistake or change of heart occurs, we want to work with you to make sure you’re happy with your TKO experience.Due to the nature of our products and new COVID restrictions – we can only accept returns on products that are completely UNOPENED with seals UNBROKEN.   We offer full refunds in the form of store credit on products that are completely unopened with seals unbroken. The cost of return shipping is not included with original purchase.
  We will process your refund when product is received back to our warehouse.
  Your refund will be sent to you in the form of store credit to the email address provided.
  If the product returned is used, damaged, or tampered with TKO reserves the right to provide a partial refund.
